Project: Site Assessment - Bank for Potential Merger











Client: Inter-American Distributing Corporation
Services: Removed one 10,000-gallon diesel tank and one 500-gallon waste oil tank, along with dispenser, fill ports, and piping at site of transportation and warehousing facility. Triple rinsed and disposed of tanks. Subsequent visual soil sampling/analysis revealed petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. Remediation by excavation and removal. filed final closure report with responsible regulatory agency.
 
Project: Underground Storage Tank Removal - Auto Dealership
Client: Confidential Client
Services: Removed one 10,000-gallon and one 2,000-gallon gasoline tank, and one 250-gallon waste oil tank, along with dispensers, fill ports, and piping at site of auto dealership. Removed and disposed of hazardous liquids, sludges, and solids from tanks. Triple rinsed and disposed of tanks. Subsequent soil sampling/analysis revealed petroleum hydrocarbon contamination of soil and, possibly, groundwater. Recommended subsurface investigation, including groundwater monitoring. Filed report with responsible regulatory agency.

Client: Rasmussen Trust
Services: Removed one 10,000-gallon, one 8,000-gallon, and two 6,000-gallon gasoline tank, along with dispenser, fill ports, and piping at site of independent service station. Triple rinsed and disposed of tanks. Subsequent soil sampling/analysis revealed petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. Recommended remediation by excavation and removal. After remediation was completed, filed report with responsible regulatory agency.

Services: Removed one 2,000-gallon gasoline tank, along with dispensers, fill ports, and piping at site of air conditioning distributor. Removed and disposed of hazardous liquids, sludges, and solids from tanks. Triple rinsed and disposed of tanks. Subsequent soil sampling/analysis revealed no petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. Filed report with responsible regulatory agency.
